(Yes, we know that's a lot of bands but it'll be like speed dating so don't you worry about it.)

Ken and Wendy R. Sykes-Gordon, owners of The Fabulous Gamekeeper Restaurant and Bar, will be your hosts for an evening of music and fun! Join us on Saturday April 18th, 2009 for the 2nd Occasional Boone Music Archive Reunion. For this year's event bands will be performing covers of their favorite music from the college rock years. Expect to hear music from the likes of Squeeze, The Cure, Killing Joke, Joy Division, The Smiths, The Replacements, Big Black, Winger and much much more!

Capacity is limited and interest is again overwhelming. As such we will be requiring reservations for the Saturday night event. You must make your reservation for the Saturday 4.18.2009 gig by e-mail. Please include your name and the names of those in your party. We will have a list of those with reservations at the door. Please make your reservation by sending an e-mail now! Facebook is fun to a point but difficult to mange so please do not consider any action taken on Facebook as a firm reservation.

Those who are on the RSVP list will be allowed in first and then the general public will be admitted if there is any capacity left. We ask that if you have RSVP 'd that you arrive at the Gamekeeper no later than 7:45 PM. Please keep an eye on this page for further info.

Please consider the following recommendations:

Friday Night (4.17.2009) - Dinner ONLY at the Gamekeeper 
1) Wendy and Ken invite you to dine at The Gamekeeper on Friday April 17th and would like to welcome you back with a 20% discount off of food at The Gamekeeper - reservations are required. Please visit the The Gamekeeper online for reservation information or call (828) 963-7400. The Gamekeeper has all ABC permits and a wonderful selection of beer, wine and spirits. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available. You are encouraged to consume alcohol responsibly and NEVER DRINK AND DRIVE.

Saturday Night (4.18.2009) - live music and social gathering 
1) RSVP ONLY - MySpace and Facebook are cute and fun but also a PITA. Please RVSP for the Saturday 4.18.09 reunion gig by sending an e-mail if you didn't take a hint to the numerous requests above. Please include the names of the people in your party. There will be a $10 cover charge per person. There will be some complimentary bar snacks served through out the evening. Cash bar. Don't drink and drive!
2) Parking is limited at the Gamekeeper. Please try to carpool with other people to reduce the number of cars to be dealt with.
3) If you are staying across the street at Yonahlossee please walk to The Gamekeeper. 
4) Limited overflow parking will be available across the street from the Gamekeeper at the Yonahlossee Resort.
5) Do not park in the road.
6) DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE!!

Overnight accommodations

1) Directly across the street from The Gamekeeper is the Yonahlossee Inn and Resort and they have blocked all of there rooms, studios, and cottages for our group. You cannot book accommodations online. You must call Julie and mention the BMA Reunion 800-962-1986 ext 105
